Black Chevy Silverado with NJ Plates “LVJ-53G”. Initially spotted in Philadelphia close to the NJ border. Truck made its way through Camden shortly afterward. Likely neo nazi or white supremacist due to the combination of “right” imagery coupled with a German “fatherland” sticker.
Lifted black Doge Ram, wide heavy duty tires, NJ plates “D89-NNX” Spotted regularly on a bi-weekly basis loudly driving through the gayborhood in Asbury Park and Cookman Ave in the evenings. Driver appears to be trying to intimidate and harass the queer community. Driver is far right, as seen by the level of effort put into his signage and behavior. Note, the sign on the skeleton says “sleepy Joe”. The Driver is likely looking to start a fight based on his pattern of behavior.
Black Chevy Truck, NJ plates “W98-GWF”. Spotted weekly in Asbury Park NJ in the gayborhood in the morning. Vehicle drives loudly and has tried to intimidate other drivers and pedestrians. Driver of the vehicle is un-discernible far right.

Update February 2023: These are updated photos of the vehicle that changed out its flag recently. The past week and a half it’s been spotted circling the gayborhood in Asbury Park specifically by Georgie’s Bar, a historic gay bar.
Muted blue Hyundai Pilot, NJ plates “B52-LBD” Spotted in Ocean County near Lakewood NJ. Driver is a far right anti-semite who likely lives in Ocean County based on the context of their antisemitic and nationalistic iconography.
Seen, November 25, 2022 at the Lumberton NJ Tractor Supply. Gray Jeep Wrangler license NJ plate “U35MER”. Vehicle features several base level nationalist stickers and a far-right decal that reads “no one cares about your protest” with a car running over protestors.
Spotted in December, 2022 in Cumberland County, NJ. NJ License plate “E35GWC”
Nicholas Mucci, a fascist from Tom’s River, used his car, pictured here, to attack an anti-racist metal show in January 2023. It is a light gray Honda CRV. Information collected and verified as of January 2023.

Mark Henley’s vehicle, nicknamed “the general” has been spotted as of March 2023 attending fascist events and trolling local LGBTQ community spots in the Jersey Shore region. Henley has recently been very vocal with his homophobia and transphobia, so his presence around these spaces should be taken with serious caution.
Henley drives a bright orange 2011 Ford Fusion, which is a direct reference to the Duke’s of Hazard car “General Lee”. He has a NJ vanity plate that reads “UNC TOM”.
Henley is active on social media and regularly posts where he and his car is during his travels throughout the region.
Brittany Ortiz’s vehicle, a blue Mazda sedan with PA plates. Ortiz, a violent TERF, lives in Philadelphia but is known to go throughout the tri-state area including NJ. Ortiz’s license plate is purposely concealed in this picture.
A black Jeep Laredo with an antisemitic bumper sticker was spotted in Flemington NJ (Hunterdon county) at Shoprite. The Jeep has NJ plates (no numbers accessible at this time).

In May 2023, a man in a newer model black Chevy Silverado, was spotted in Flemington NJ, screaming homophobic slurs at queer people outside of Gabby’s Pizza.
The individual is a heavy set white man in his 50’s and is approximately 5’7″ or 5’8″. He drives a newer model black Chevy Silverado with NJ plates that read “M13RB2”. The man’s truck does not appear to have any identifiable fascist or far right iconography on it.
Probable Proud Boy and convicted pedophile Brian Hines’ Can-Am buggy. It road legal and currently has temporary NJ plates.

Hines’ other vehicle, a 1993 Chevy C/K 3500 truck. Hines has used this truck in the past to intimidate left-wing neighbors and anti-racist protestors.
A 2010’s black Dodge Ram SLT, with a “metal mulisha” decal, has been spotted outside of a state police officers house in Pemberton Township, NJ as of June 2023. It has NJ plates that read “N99KBD” It is believed to belong to a NJ state trooper. It is reminiscent of neo nazi NJ state trooper Jason Dare’s use and flagging of the same brand.Dan D’ambly and one of his cars a late 1990’s-2000’s blue/green Toyota Camry. NJ plates read “MYJ31G”. There are several right wing bumper stickers on the back. Spotted July 2023.

This orange Dodge truck was spotted in late August 2023 at a flea market in Columbus, NJ. It has NJ plates, “N56NBS”, with a darkened film over the plates, likely to prevent a license plate reader from identifying it. The owner of the vehicle was not spotted.
Close inspection of the vehicle reveals some obvious fascist/far right ideology. This includes possible membership to the 3%ers (two separate 3%er stickers), racist and neo confederate viewpoints (confederate flag, ok sign, and red neck lives matter), and potential neo nazi affiliations/viewpoints (skull imagery coupled with everything else).Neo-nazi Richard Rygaard‘s car. He has a 2010’s silver Toyota Hatch back with NJ plates “M76SKE”. Rygaard currently lives in Vineland, NJ.
